For 6 weeks I was unable to bend over and pick up LO while recovering from a surgery. It's only been two days since I had her all to myself because I can pick her up off the floor again... and my back is going crazy! Anybody else have a sore back from bending over to pick up their LO? What do you do to help?

Aw! It sounds like your back needs some time to readjust to getting a workout again! Maybe try some back strengthening exercises when you can do them? Super exciting (even with the back pain) that you can lift your LO again, though, @artbee!!!!

Try bending at the knees to get her instead of bending over.
