I have been going on walk/jogs every other day for about the past 2 weeks. I go about 2-2.5 miles each time. Nothing crazy. I've been trying to jog as much as possible. I'm jogging 2 blocks, and walking 1-2 blocks right now.

I always stretch before and after my workouts, and I bought running shoes which are amazing! I used to get shin splints quite often, but not anymore. But now, the next day my calves KILL. As in....I can barely walk. Stairs probably take 10 minutes per floor.....I feel like I'm 80 years old!

Why in the world would my inner calves be hurting soooo badly? Is it cause by bad form? (which I very well might have since I just started running)
