I'm interested in My Fitness Pal. Can someone tell me really briefly what its about? Calculate and keep track of calories???

@MrsMcD: basically yes. There's also a social media aspect where you have friends or followers and you can update statuses and comment (presumably for encouragement) on statuses and updates. I believe they also have message boards but I've never used them.
My username is debbiei8. I'm only 4.5 weeks PP so I'm not back on yet. I'm actually debating if I want to use MFP or do WW when I get back to calorie counting. I like that WW has plans for nursing mothers where as MFP didn't have any way to account for nursing calories (at least they didn't when I was last on). Has anyone found anything on MFP to account for nursing?

@debbiei8: i haven't looked for anything on mfp that account for nursing, but what i did initially pp when i was nursing around the clock was manually increase my caloric goal by 500 calories since I read that is the average amount of calories you burn a day when EBF.

@debbiei8: I've looked around a lot, and it looks like you add 'breastfeeding' as a food, and it adds -500 calories. Its' worked well for me!
