Thank you for all your lovely replies. I'm heartbroken but it does comfort me to know that your all thinking of us, all over the world.
@Rachel: I love the image of the charting ladies waiting to welcome me back. I think it's the thought of going back to TTC that makes this so difficult - back to square 1. It helps to know I'm not going there alone.
I'm thankful that it was so early in the proceedings so it's not painful and my body can do what it needs to with no medical intervention. I'm also thankful for my wonderful DH who has been an angel these last couple of days. I'm thankful for my IRL friends who have been there for me 100% and also for you guys. I've got so much to be happy about.
