The bank that we pay our mortgage through just sent us a big check because we've been over paying on our mortgage since we moved into our new house 8 months ago! It's a pretty decent chunk and now our mortgage has been adjusted so we'll pay less every month, or maybe we'll just pay the same to help toward to principal! But omg. So nice! I called the bank to verify that it wasn't a scam or an error.

Yay!!!! And right before Christmas? Ahhh.
