@Reese: Is Reese your name? If not, is that an option? It's what my son would have been named if he were a girl.

I agree, I think your DH’s suggestions are too popular! Out of the names you posted, I like Sawyer the best.
I think Rowan and Nolan are too similar.
I love Willa! That’s my fave girls name (other than Marlowe haha! How about Marlowe?!) I also looove Wren. How about Finley for a girl? Or I know someone who named their daughter Halen and I really like it (but maybe too similar sounding to Nolan). I also like Poppy but it might not work with your last name.

I chose Ella and Olivia--but girly names are my preference too, sorry!
But I know the struggle! We had boy names picked out since we started dating... and of course we have 3 girls now! It was a nightmare trying to name our kids because my husband vetoed every option I could come up with--he wanted a girly name that was nowhere near popular, but girly names were becoming trendy. When we finally came up with a name for our first (a week before the birth!), suddenly he also decided that all other daughters' names had to match (feminine-sounding, 3 syllables, ends in "a").
With our second, we had Sophia picked out... until we personally knew 10 Sophia's born during the pregnancy. So that kid was almost born without a name too haha.
With the current bun, I had locked away a name that he had agreed to 2 years prior. He didn't remember the name or agreeing to it, of course, but that was irrelevant--he agreed that one time! I was afraid he'd veto it, so I actually only told him what the name was at the beginning of my third trimester... in front of our kids so they would blab it to everyone and it couldn't be changed haha.

@Reese: I’m a family photographer and have come across SO MANY little Olivias. Maybe it’s just popular in my area, but it’s like every other little girl I meet practically! Can’t wait to hear what name you choose. Is Reese your name? That’s what we’re naming our baby girl coming next month!

My favorite girl name is Thea and I would have lobbied hard for it had we had a girl! To go with Nolan, I like Dahlia, Hannah, Vivian, Liana, Josephine (Josie), and Keira.

It might not fit hubby's "girly" criteria, but I know several little girls named Brin/Brynn/Brynne.

I like a lot of the ones on your list, but I also wanted to suggest Briony. It's unusual but still very pretty and I think it's a strong name.

I'm just gonna throw out my daughter's name - Noelle (kind of a twist on Ella/Elle? If it's too similar to Nolan, then maybe Joelle (nickname Jojo). I think they're feminine, but not overly so.
I like all the girl names on your list above though! Olivia was a top choice, but too popular so I made it DD's middle name.
I also love some names mentioned already that are feminine, but lean unisex - Arden, Sloane, Parker. I also like James/Jamie for a girl name!

@CatchAFallingStar: I can't do Olivia... I know "popular" names aren't supposed to be as common as they were in the 80's but I know SO many Olivias!
