I like Riley better, but I think Rylie is more feminine, in that it can't be used for a boy, where Riley can be used for both.

I don't know about feminine, but I really don't like seemingly random Ys in names! I voted Riley. Plus, my spell check recognizes it!

Rylie looks misspelled. I'd stick with Riley. Either way just hearing or reading the name I wouldn't immediately know if the person was a boy or girl.
