Emily- I've always thought if a sweet girl/ woman named that. Not so much a generation, just disposition. I've never met a rude or nasty Emily.

Kristen/Christine / Christina- totally 80's.

Jack- cool, sort of tough guy (aka Jack Bauer). That was before it became so popular because now I know tons of little jacks and jacksons.

Ha I have a Henry and at 12 weeks he is already ornery and spunky!! I'll do one boy and one girl name!

Everly: I think of a wispy little girl with big brown eyes and porcelain skin

Blake: I think of a boy who plays golf and wears bright polo shirts as a 4 year old

Ashley - bubbly and spunky personality.

Michael - my mom swears every Michael she knows is trouble, ha!

@Mrs. Champagne: my DD3, Ivy, was either going to be Poppy, Eliza, or Ivy. Sometimes I wish she was a Poppy!

My mom friends and I played this game recently, but with baby names and adult careers/lives. Someone was looking for a middle name, so we all riffed on different middle names and how the name would fit the kid.

Caleb- lanky boy in a rugby shirt

Zoe- Sassy tomboy

Ella: spunky/marches to her own beat.

jack: all American type boy: athletic/popular/ect.

Kipton: cowboy/country farm boy (my friends and I have debated a LOT about this name, what do you all think?)

Mya: beautiful with dark hair and a quiet demeanor

@pwnstar: one of my BFFs wanted this name so bad (I'm not a huge fan) but once we said it sounded country she backed off. it's the name of a guy that was on the Bachelorette, so I think it's been around for awhile.

Margot: Sophisticated and elegant

Cole: a manly, scruffy guy

McKayla/Kayla (or variations): not very bright

Brook: intelligent and well read

Dave: boring or bland

Hazel: spunky and a bit of a hippy.

@MrsLonghorn: I'm surprised to hear that people think Michaels are trouble! My dad is a Michael, and he's about the most mellow, stable, quiet person I know. And my brothers best childhood friend is a Michael, and he was always the sweetest shy little kid.

The name Tom makes me think of a tall, athletic man with a deep voice.

The name Claire makes me think of someone wispy and blonde, with a shy smile and a quiet demeanor.
