So, we've been having some communication issues with our nanny that may be contributing to my frustration. Please bear with me

DD is 8 months old and I've been back to work and pumping 3x/day since she was 4 months. She has been taking 4-5oz bottles 3x/day while I'm at work and this seems to be working out fine. This morning, our nanny asked if she could start giving her 6oz bottles 3x/day because DD is drinking the bottles quickly and seems like she could eat more. I explained that it's probably due to the fast flow of the nipples (she switched her to level 4 last week without asking me) and not so much to her need to eat more. DD is also taking some solids 3 meals a day with us, but our nanny is only writing down that she's giving her solids 1x/day. Gah. The other issue is that DD is still waking at least twice a night, sometimes three or four times. I know some of that is habit, but I'm so worried about her not getting enough during the day that I usually let her nurse if she wants to. She just started crawling, so I know she's probably hungrier than usual.

So....How many ounces were your BF babies consuming at 8-9 months? Were they eating solids? Were they still frequently night waking? Any advice as to how to better explain things to our nanny? Thanks!
