What's your baby's nap routine? As in, what do you do before nap, and/or to get them to nap? We might be looking to tweak things.

We do the same thing for all sleep minus the bath at night. We change diaper, throw him in sleep bag, sing his same 2 lullabies, dark room, turn on the white noise machine, hand him his lovey and say night night.

Agree with @gingerbebe: that it's pretty similar to night time routine minus bath and PJs.
We change diaper, put on sleep sack, hand him his lovey and paci, turn on white noise, a book, light off, put him in crib say night night.
We've been doing that since about 6 weeks (minus the book, that wasn't consistent till much later).

I was bouncing her to sleep until a couple weeks ago (8 months now). I had to do some nap training because it wasn't working for us. So now nap routine is nurse, book, sleep sack, white noise, sing the same song, lay her down in her crib with her lovey, say goodnight.
Bedtime is pretty much the same except change into pjs first and nurse longer (while trying to keep her awake).

Between 6-12 months, I'm pretty sure we still rocked DD to sleep for naps! But at night we were just laying with her till she goes to sleep.

We feed them, let them play (crawl around) until they are fussy and we put them in their cribs. Sometimes they cry when we put them in their cribs. Sometimes they are just playing in their crib during nap time and never take a nap... but I think we are getting used to 11.5 month olds don't nap 3/4 times anymore like when they were younger.

Change diaper, turn off the light, give her pacifier, put her in the crib, leave.

At 11 months, we're still rocking LO2. By this point, we were able to put LO1 into the crib and say "night night" and walk out, but LO2 never took well to sleep training and falls asleep pretty quickly when we rock him (like 5-10 minutes quickly).
