I have always been a bad sleeper. I literally did not know that people could actually sleep through the whole night without waking up until I started dating DH because I never have, not even as a child. I have a pretty tough schedule these days, though (really early wake up) and I'm reaching the end of my rope. I wake up multiple times in the night, often for no reason. Sometimes I have trouble falling back asleep, sometimes not.

I'd rather not depend on sleeping pills like Ambien, etc., so I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips or natural sleep aids you'd suggest?
