LO has pretty much self weaned from her paci unless she's tired; instead she chews on her first fingers. Both of her first fingers are bright red and chapped.

What should I do?

I put aquaphor on the two fingers and covered them w/ socks before swaddling her for bed. What can I put on them during the day that is okay if she chews on?
