Well the work trip I dreaded is finally here and I'm sitting in my hotel crying. It's my first time being away from the LO for more than a work day. I know he's fine with DH but its so rough not getting to see him. :(. So, what should I do to distract myself? I'm in San Diego and have a car.

I'd get dressed, grab a latte & go shopping for him! Then bring a fun magazine back with you so you can read at night? That's just me. -

Awww! That's tough! Can your hubby do some sort of video chat w/ you? Or at least send you pictures? That would help. And like MrBee said, go to the movies or something that can distract you for a long time.
