He is 7.5 mo but wearing 12-18 mo clothing! He's really long! I was thinking the long sleeve onesie, no pants. The photos will have real bunnies and chicks so I am thinking I should keep him neutral?

@mrs. wagon: I was at baby gap tonight but they had no one pieces in 12-18mo!
@chopsuey119 love the Peter Rabbit collection so much! Most of it was sold out at my baby gap!

I was thinking neutral as well.. In the baby gap link above I like the one pieces, like the gray one with the rabbit face. I think a onesie with no legs and no pants might be a bit weird! I was thinking something like a footed pajama (or sleep n play) in a plain neutral color.

you could try it!! ask the photog when he gets there too, they often have great advice. our LO was almost 9 months and tall when we did our 'baby' photos too -- we did some fully clothed like a big boy, some in just his cloth diaper, and some out doors fully clothed with hats etc

@littlebittyhouse: oh no! Are there any other baby gaps near you? The stock varies so much from store to store around me.

I just realized I have no idea what I'm talking about. In our infant photo shoot the best shots are just in his diaper! Lol!

I am going to try the baby gap near my office tomorrow! Why is this so stressful?! I do have a pair of brown cotton Carter's pants that he could wear with the onesie OR tan corduroy overalls.
I thought about just the diaper but that might be weird with the live animals??

@mrs. wagon: ha ha ha ha TRUTH! I ended up geting light blue gingham overalls from gymboree! Super cute and he can wear ti for Easter too!

@littlebittyhouse: awesome for the double duty of the cute overalls!!! I love gingham, too cute. I just bought LMW a formal dress, we're doubling up for a wedding, easter, and possibly her first birthday too! totally justifies spending the money

@mrs. wagon: love it! when will LMW be one? I wish this outfit would still fit him on his birthday (June) but he is growing so fast its insane!

When I took valentine's day pictures I put LO in plain onesie and I think they turned out fine. Here is one of them for reference.
