Bees I'm freaking out. I just got a call from my sister saying she's being admitted to the ER for bleeding on the brain. She's had migraines for the past 5 weeks and we all thought it was due to stress from her changing careers recently. She finally went for an MRI today and the doctor called her and told her to go to the ER immediately.
That's all the information I have so the unknown is killing me right now...

i'm so sorry you & your family are going through this! so scary. obviously every case is different, but i got a similar call almost 2 years ago regarding my brother having a bleed in his brain and while it had some impact for him, a lack of sense of smell & taste, he is very much with us and ok now. you & your family are in my thoughts! hugs

She had a CT scan and another MRI and we're waiting to hear the results, but we probably won't get them until the morning. She's staying overnight
I'm so frustrated right now not having any answers....

Well they finally got the results back and she has a cerebral hemorrhage. So what they thought was blood was actually her spinal fluid leaking. Apparently this is somewhat common and a pretty easy fix. She has to stay in the hospital until Monday, when they can do the surgery.
We are feeling pretty lucky right now that the news wasn't worse.
