Lol, so, I'm 35 weeks and have NOTHING ready for this baby yet. Not even a diaper bag. But I'm too tired to scour the internet and too cheap to pull the trigger on something I like as soon as I see it. So I thought maybe the Bees could help me. You guys know what's cool and hip!
Said diaper bag will need to be roomy enough for a change of clothes each for 3 kids, cloth diapers for 2 kids, various nursing, SNS, and probably bottle-feeding stuff for one, plus all the other stuff babies need. So it's going to need several main pockets, not just one big one where everything becomes a tangled mess at the bottom. And preferably not look like the small suitcase-sized Lands End diaper bag that my mom had in the 90s.

I was also going to suggest the Skip Hop Grand Central! Thats the biggest bag I have found that is stylish, and still within a reasonable price point.
ETA: I wish it had a shoulder strap. Not sure how important that is to you.

@Mrs. Yoyo: I think the BePrepared is my favoritist. I gotta say, the machine-washable, wipe-off features are huge selling points for me. Farmer Man is constantly greasy from working and all of my other diapers have worn the marks and tend to look dingy very quickly. Buuuuut, dang, that's a lot of money. I really the look and the price of the Skip Hop bags too...

Lol, y'all, I just realized that I'm looking at diaper bags that cost as much as the birth pool I'm planning to buy and it's kinda putting a damper on things. What if I get one of these cool bags and positively hate it?????

I bought the skip hop duo double delux for my 1st, now we use it as her 2-4 day travel bag. It is reasonably priced but overkill for just 1. Perfect for multiple kids though!

Do you travel with a car at all, or public transport? What if you set up a car box with the changes of clothes and bigger stuff, so you can carry a smaller bag?

@looch: We go everywhere by car, so yeah, I've been considering this idea as well. I've tried in the past, but I'm just BAD at getting the dirty clothes back into the house, and swapping out for clean ones, or the next needed size. I know, lame, I probably should just do better.

@FarmWifeGina: I was going to comment much earlier but forgot! I echo the other person's sentiment about leaving bulky things in the car. I have a big canvas tote bag in the car that contains several things I always want on hand "in case" but I don't want to carry around every single day in the diaper bag. These include: extra changes of clothes, a whole separate diaper changing kit stocked with diapers and wipes, a clip-on high chair seat, one of those tabletop covers, and for a while my shopping cart cover and high chair cover were in there (I got rid of them). We also had a separate "potty bag" when my son was potty training that included the potty seat that goes on top of toilets, antibacterial wipes, flushable wipes, more extra clothes/undies, etc.
I make it a general rule that if I don't use it on a daily basis, it doesn't go in my diaper bag. I have to do this because I'm a huge overpacker. When I'm with both kids all day, my diaper bag is CRAZY full and heavy.
When I was reading your requirements, the Ju Ju Be line came to mind immediately because of the cleanability of it as well as how light the bags are. With all that stuff, you don't need a bulky, heavy bag that only adds to the weight on your shoulders. Also, they have pockets and lots of room, and you can buy the extra zippered bags for wet bags, etc.
It is a HUGE pet peeve of mine that there isn't one good store to go and look at all good diaper bags. I live in a big city and in order to see all the bags I want to see, I'd probably have to drive to every baby boutique in town. And even then I still wouldn't get my hands on every bag I'm interested in.
If I were you I'd narrow my choices down to a few and order from places that have free shipping and free returns. Then, once I've chosen the bag, I'd return them all and look for the best deal. Amazon Warehouse, nobetterdeal, babyearth open box are all good places to look. Also, babysteals.com often has the Ju Ju Be line but the bags sell out quick!
