Our neighbors have an indoor/outdoor cat, who is apparently mostly an outdoor cat, given that he's often at my back door at 10 or 11 at night. I don't think they have a cat door or another way for him to get in. He's currently at my back door mewing loudly. It's 20 degrees out. The previous owners of our house used to let him in a lot, I think. Given that it's below freezing, what would you do? We have a dog and we are generally not cat people but I have a soft spot for this little guy and my girls love him. Is it normal for indoor/outdoor cats to be left out all night even when it's super cold?
