That's great, thank you for sharing! I can't wait to see what they come out with for the convertibles. I was sort of surprised to see the Mesa just get a "better" rating, that thing is a behemoth and I would have assumed it would rank higher. I am curious if there will be more surprises in the convertibles category.

The one issue I have with this (if I am reading it correctly) is that it kinda mixes personal preference with safety. For example, our Chaperone fell to "better" instead of "best" the B Safe got. I assume the major difference (because one of the major differences in the seat) is the weight of the car seat. Yes obviously you don't want to lug around extra weight, but that shouldn't factor into how "safe" the seat is

@T.H.O.U.: I was wondering if that was the difference between the Graco 30 ("best") and the Graco 35 ("better") which we got too... but I can't find where it actually discusses why something got rated the way it did.

I was super bummed when the uppababy Mesa wasn't available in Canada for my LO but it was a blessing in disguise because I LOVE my keyfit magic!
