I kind of thought delayed cord clamping was a "hippy" kind of movement, until an RN group I follow on twitter posted this article:

Very interesting. My only experience with delayed cord clamping was when I was a nursing student and a baby was born blue and not breathing and the mom didn't want them to cut the cord yet but the baby was blue and not breathing! And I am not an L&D nurse so that's all I've seen. Made me against it... But this article makes me much more open to it!
