How often do you have them? I had one tonight that woke me up at 4 and now I can't get back to sleep. It was awful.

I would say I have bad dreams maybe once every 2 weeks, but occasionally I will go through several nights of them in a row. Of the really scary nightmare variety, maybe once every couple months. Hope you got back to sleep!

Not very often. Once every 6 months or so. I've dealt with sleep paralysis too, but not since before DS2 thank goodness.

I had some the other night, I ran out to the living room where DH was feeding LO and snuggled with him on the couch until I could fall back asleep.

I have them every night now. Last night it was my neighbor's 18-year-old daughter being a homewrecker, the night before it was trying to vacuum up giant creepy crawlies.
