DD is 3 and has been day trained for 7 months and night trained for 5. We intended to use diapers or pullups at night for a while but she had simply started to wake to potty, usually around 10 to midnight, so we ditched the diapers about 5 months ago. Up until about a month ago she had maybe 3 night accidents.

She's started to pee in bed almost every night in the last few weeks - I'd say maybe 10 to 12 of the last 14 days, and on and off before that. It seems like she is just not waking up to go. Otherwise she's fine during the day and for the rest of the night. No big changes at home or daycare.

I floated the idea to her of a pullup and she did not go for it, and i don't really want to put her back in them, but I'm sick of washing her sheets and changing her pjs in the middle of the night!

Ideas I'm considering, and i would love any insight from BTDT moms:

*limiting liquids after 6ish? We don't currently do this.

*taking her to the potty before I go to bed around 10 (i.e. "dream pee"). She's not a good sleeper so I'm reluctant to wake her but she usually goes back easily if she does wake to potty.

*chucks or something on top of her sheets and just ride it out a little longer?

Any ideas hive?
