I used the adhesive bras you find at Target/Walmart. I don't recommend them, they creased horribly and everyone could tell that I wasn't wearing a proper bra.

Pretty sure strapless bras are just torture devices. I got mine at Dillard's.

@winniebee: Before baby I was a solid B and was sized at Dillard's in the B. Now I'm a C and haven't bought a new one, but definetly need a C. I've squeezed them into the B a few times, but it ain't pretty So I'd say true to size. As long as you follow directions, they seem to last a good while.

Wanted to add that I don't think you could go too big, though. It would just be the difference between full and partial coverage. I'd size up if I were unsure, I think.
