Can you call and chat with the nurse? I could see it being no big deal, I wouldn’t question it once, but every day seems like it might need some help (even just something to help if it’s too dry up there)

I second @Anagram: suggestions. DD1 has this problem a lot and a humidifier definitely helps but it does still happen occasionally even when it's humid. Her nosebleeds happen most often overnight so I'll sometimes put a little A+D ointment at the opening of her nostrils when she's having several. But mainly it's just an annoyance and nothing to be concerned about. I used to have the same problem so I think it's kind of hereditary.

I asked our pediatrician about this exact same thing earlier today and got the same response as @Anagram: there’s also a saline gel that can help— nasogel— I’ve used it myself in the past when allergy meds were drying out my nose

My almost 3 year old DS gets frequent nosebleeds too, often over night. Its generally not very heavy, but is alarming. I asked his ped about it and he asked if he had bruising on other areas of his body. He did not, so he didnt seem too concerned. We live in a fairly warm climate and I havent figured out what causes it. Interestingly, a couple winters ago I was waking up daily with a nosebleed. It would happen throughout the day too. I ended up having to get it cauterized cause it was getting out of hand.
