So LO has had episodes where she doesn't breathe for just a few seconds when she's crying (mainly when she gets her shots). Today was different.
I went to turn the oven on to make lunch and I heard her fall (I heard her hands hit the floor and her whimper). When I got to her, she was doing the same thing, where she's crying but not yet breathing/making noise. But when I went to pick her up, I noticed she was limp and the not breathing lasted a lot longer. I couldn't find my phone or her pacifier so I ran outside to get her fresh air and to be out there in case I needed help.
She came down from being upset and was fine. She was very tired but she ate almost all of her lunch and was giggly afterward. She's asleep now but she has an appointment at 3:40 because they want to see her.
I've never been that scared before. My heart was in my stomach and I couldn't think at all besides to get her to breathe. It sounds like the limpness was what is concerning the doctors. I'll update when we get back, I just needed to share. It happened over an hour ago and I'm still shaking.
