For Fun: Any fall plans this month? Taking it easy, minor redecorating around the house...Any plans for the holidays? Most likely spending Thanksgiving with my in-laws..Are you participating in the dreaded BLACK FRIDAY? I try not to... I hate crowds, however I will be all over Cyber Monday.

She and I used to black Friday shop but it's gotten SO crazy but since we'll be together maybe we'll go out cause it's fun! Otherwise I usually catch a few good deals on amazon

What's up this month: Continuing to TTC but I’m beginning to be at peace with having just one. I’ve noticed I wasn’t as sad with BFNs in the last 1-2 cycles.
For Fun: I’m starting to feel the holiday crunch. With working on DS’s Halloween costume now, and his birthday on 11/24, I’m running out of time fast to prep for Christmas! Definitely taking advantage of Black Friday for that but online only. I can’t stand being at the mall anymore.

What’s up this month: Traveling to my home town for my 15th high school reunion and to see my family in two weeks and of course my two year olds first real Halloween (where he can engage more!). Hopefully lots of distractions during the two week wait!

I bought a wrap for this hopefully baby today! (My toddler has been on an ups kick so I figured that justified it!)

What’s up this month? Thanksgiving in Spain! Husband and I are driving to the coast of Spain for the week of Thanksgiving - it should be warm and sunny there. Winter is settling in here already in a Germany - cold and dark days make me miss summer - so I can’t wait to get away for a week and enjoy the beach and the sun. Other than that - just work and enjoying my weekends with DH.

Sometimes life is ironic.
3 dpo (or so) and I told myself I’m not going to symptom spot. Then during my morning exercise - I felt like I was having serious CM. So then I started googling what it could mean. I figured it could be caused my progesterone rising. Saw some hopeful information about CM like mine as a possible sign of early pregnancy.
So now I’m mulling it over and so hopeful. Given the long time trying post loss - I should probably ignore it. I think it’s too late for that though.

What's up this month: This will be my 3rd cycle with Femara and TI. Hoping third times the charm! I had to do the trigger shot last cycle and probably will this cycle, too, that is why my POAS date is so far out. Although, I will probably test out the trigger because I am a crazy person. 
For Fun: Any fall plans this month? Any plans for the holidays? Are you participating in the dreaded BLACK FRIDAY? No crazy plans for the month or the holidays yet but I do love going shopping on black Friday! It is a tradition for my mom and I!

@LabradorLover: Have you not gotten a LH surge on your own with Femara? I ask that because it's what happened to me. You may ask them to check your estrogen levels this time around to make sure they're not too low.
eta: In my situation, Femara was growing follicles but they were not "mature" even though they were technically the right size. I had to trigger before my body was ready. If the egg isn't mature and releasing proper amounts of estrogen, your lining may not be receptive and your CM won't be good either.
This is pretty uncommon but my RE said it does happen and then Clomid or injectables will be necesarry. Just thought I would share in case this is happening to someone else!

@mrskansas: My first cycle I did get an LH surge on my own, I had my monitoring appointments on days 12 and 15 and was surging on day 15 (based on bloodwork and wondfos). Second cycle I went in on days 11 and 13 (because of the weekend and Columbus Day) and follicles were good but hormones weren't yet. My guess is if I went in one day later, my hormones would've been good and I wouldn't need the trigger shot.
This cycle I bet they will try and have me come in on day 11, which will be a Saturday, but I am going to push for that Monday (day 13) so my follicles will be good but my hormones probably won't match up quite yet and I'll most likely need the trigger shot.
Does that make sense?? They like to have people come back between 9-12 but I feel like I know what my body is doing. I've produced 2 mature follicles both times on Femara and nothing is changing so I feel like this cycle will mimic the last two.

@LabradorLover: Gotcha. I feel like a lot of doctors trigger too soon because some women need a little time for their estrogen to rebound from the Femara.
I think pushing it a few days sounds like a good idea to let your body do it's thing and hopefully release some good eggs!

@mrskansas: I just read the last bit of your last comment but they do check my estrogen when I go back on cd12ish or whenever they tell me to come in. They told me it needed to be about 200 for 1 mature follicle and both times it has been high 300's for 2 mature follicles so it seems to be right where it needs to be. At least I have something working right for me in my body!!

What's up this month: started acupuncture last month so I’ll be continuing that. will continue the SMEP again this month for the second month and use preseed since we used it to conceive the DS but overall chill out!

Hi ladies. I'm new. I have a two year old daughter and my husband and I have just started trying for number 2.
I'm pretty sure I ovulated on 17 Oct would would make my testing date 1 Nov. I am very thirsty when I wake in the mornings which makes me think I might be pregnant.. this was my first symptom with my daughter too.

Hi ladies, well it was a very big fat negative for me this morning 
I felt so sad, and a bit stupid... because I was so sure I was pregnant!!! Your mind does such weird things to you doesn't it! Trying to think of the positives.. like the wine I will be able to enjoy at social occasions this month and another month to save some money and have that happy anticipation Wishing you all better luck than me this time around xxx

I’m on cycle day 23. Most likely 8 dpo. Was just writing in my journal that I’m probably out - a lack of symptoms other than sore boobs which now happens every month since my miscarriage.
But a few minutes ago I have started cramps. Significant that if I didn’t know AF was 6 days away - I’d be grabbing some pads to take to work. I’ve had cramps before AF - when I got pregnant and sometimes since the miscarriage although not every cycle.
Trying to not get my hopes up that these cramps are a good thing around 8 dpo. It’s so hard because I do get hopeful and then I’ve been so sad whenever AF shows. I bounce back quickly and get upbeat about the next cycle, thankfully. But I would so love love love to be pregnant this cycle. Seeing adorably babies out at Halloween made me long for my own.
Good luck ladies! I hope we all get our own sticky baby so so so so soon. You guys are the best - listening and commiserating and celebrating without judgment.
