I know I haven't been on the boards lately, so sorry for just popping in with my Q. House hunting takes up all our free time, sooo ready to be done!! Anyways I will try to make this short:

Friday night M was up most of the night refusing to nurse and had a runny nose, so sat morning we took her to the Dr and he said her ear looked a bit red and put her on antibiotics. It seemed like it started working right away- she was her happy normal self and has slept through the night sat and sun nights and hasn't seemed like she was in any pain. BUT- my once nursaholic is still refusing to nurse! Anytime I try to get her on, she arches and cries and pushes away so I've been pumping and giving her bottles which she takes like a champ.

I know I'm being a bit dramatic but I'm really upset she might be done nursing forever and I'm not sure what to do about it. I keep trying but I obviously don't want to force it or make her upset, is this just a mini strike or is this the end of our nursing relationship? About a week ago she bit me and I was really caught if guard and scared her a bit, but she nursed after that so I'm not sure if that could be it?

Any other mamas go through this? To make matters worse, I forgot my pump parts on Friday so I went awhile without pumping, I'm now sick and on my period and my supply sucks, so I'm just really worried I'm not going to be able to pump enough for her. Sorry for the "short story" lol
