Oye, I might be getting sick! My throat is one big piece of sandpaper. 
Other than staying hydrated, frequent handwashing, and trying not to breathe on the boys, do you have any other suggestions for breastfeeding when sick?

Totally keep doing it, because the boys will get your antibodies and will get less sick or not at all. It is one of the many perks of breastfeeding!

I am just now getting over a nasty little cold virus. He gr sick (probably got me sick in the first place) but no where near as bad as me. One day out of daycare. He is breastfed and I keep it up even when sick.

From everything I've read it is actually beneficial to your babies because they will get the antibodies...and it is very very hard to catch an illness from a mother when you are a BF child because you guys already share so many antibodies. You're good! Assuming you have the energy:( get better soon!

i've been sick several times since olive was born, and i don't think she's ever caught it probably due to breastfeeding. i have caught her colds though!

Ugh coming down with a cold too, same symptoms. Pain is spreading to my ear. I haven't gotten sick in 2 years! It's this lack of rest
Anybody know if airborne is ok?? Supposingly it's all just vitamins??

Definitely keep breast feeding, I just got sick not long ago and lo stayed healthy the wholesome even though I kept on cuddling her.

I would get a SARS mask! I was sick for 10 days back when Lo was 5-6 months old. She ended up getting sure congested too.. Thank God for nose Frieda!

Thanks, everyone! DH is trying to help me out (he has the boys right now - lucky him, though... they're sleeping now!). I think I'm just worn down and burned out. Hopefully this doesn't get any worse, but it's good to hear that my boys have a good chance at staying healthy!

DH & I both just had a nasty cold that for one say felt a lot like the flu (didn't last long enough though). I was still the primary caretaker of DD, she still slept in our bed, & as tempted as I was to have DH give her frozen milk (from weeks ago), I continued to nurse her & she hasn't gotten sick at all. Definitely keep nursing! (side lying saved my life) lol

Wash your hands frequently too.
My husband and I came down with a nasty cold, but our boy didn't catch it, I thank the boobs for that!
