Who has the best "high tea" in NYC? Both in taste and experience?

I really love tea at the Pierre, but it's only in the afternoons.

Lady Mendl's does a great tea and it's such a cute, charming space right off of Union Square.

I went to the Plaza for tea for a friend's bachelorette party and HIGHLY recommend it!!

its not high tea but Alice's Tea Cup does a tea and three tier lunch. Its super cute and you could bring your LO

I've only been to Lady Mendl's but I was blown away. It is in the gorgeous, beautifully decorated (especially if you love vintag-y, 1920s type) brownstone which just sets the stage perfectly for a tea.

Is faaaabulous.Also love Alice's tea cup. It's very cute and they have yummy sandwiches and scones.
