@luckypenny: A new thread would some poll options for dates might be a good way to pick a time that works for the most people!

I've polled the active bees in this household and we have a 7-4 majority in favour of attending an NYC meetup. Which is strange, as only two of us are members. Anyway, poll options for dates sounds good.

@luckypenny: Don't want to overstep things on your thread but maybe this can help us find a date for everyone?

I put all weekends in September and broke them down into AM (so maybe meet up around 10-noon) and PM (2-4pm-ish? I don't know). You can put your username in and select what days and times work for you!

Hi there! Sorry to drag up an old thread but wondering if this meetup ever happened, and if anyone would be interested in another Brooklyn meetup soon? We are new to the neighborhood and trying to make some new friends. It's freezing out now but a lot of the schools/playrooms have Inexpensive drop in hours for indoor play. My girls are 2 yrs 4 months and 6 months.

Would love to meet some of you in person!

@PinkElephant: never happened maybe I wasn't assertive enough and just needed to set a date but I really wanted to get everyone's opinion and try and get as many people as possible.

If someone wants to start a new thread that would be great and I'm happy to go anytime!

@PinkElephant: @luckypenny: would love to! I think you/someone just needs to set a date far enough in the future, and either people are able to come or not. Do you guys have any suggestions for locations? I don't know of any places by me with drop in hours...

Juguemos a Cantar is a Spanish immersion program that does drop-in most mornings from 9-12 in Park Slope. No Spanish skills required

There are also some good (free) baby/toddler programs at the library at Grand Army Plaza.
