I started but it was disturbing me and I had to turn it off. I am nowhere near obese but I have some exta weight and the Dr. Comments were true but not what I want to hear when I expecting twins. I only gained 3 lbs at 30 weeks but still I can't do anything about weight.

ah yes, and it scared the crap out of me! I'm nowhere near their size, but I am overweight. I'm terrified of gaining a ton while pregnant. I also watched the show before that one, Birth Mothers, or something like that. That one made me sad - there was one girl who was drinking and smoking while 8 months pregnant

Is that part of the "I'm pregnant and....." show? I love that show!
