We started feeding our lo some purees in the evening with dinner. Now her poops are uuuuuuuuuuuuuuggggggggghhhhhhhh so gross!!! She seems to poop a lot more now, too. Is that just me thinking that because they smell so bad or do lo's poop more once they're on solids?

This is just another reason I'm putting off starting solids! I'm scared of the poop!

I think poop was about the same in amount but it's stinky and you start seeing little bits of food in it sometimes. LOL!!!!

YES! But I feel the more solid the poops the easier it is to clean compared to BM poop.

Ugh, yes! When we started solids, I remember mourning those "sweet" breastmilk only diapers. But, like @crash806 said, I do find them easier to clean up! And we haven't had a poop-splosion (I believe that's the technical term) since she started solids. Knock on wood!

Solids poop is soooo stinky! I agree with pp that it's way easier to clean up than BM poop.

Poops about the same but smells like a sewer!!! We can't leave any diapers in the trash now!

Ugh, YES. Even worse, I find that after I have cleaned her up and thrown the poop diaper into the garbage chute (we're in an apt), the smell still kind of lingers in her bedroom for a while.
