Xander on Benadryl for the next few hours because of an allergic reaction. He's also teething like crazy. Is it okay to give him both Tylenol and Benadryl at the same time?

That should be fine, unless your doctor said anything to the contrary. When in doubt you could always call your doc or the ED doc, but those two meds are frequently used in combination.
