Did you start to wonder if you really wanted it to be your last?
I think it's best for our family but it feels unreal that I'll never be pregnant again, never have another little baby, after this one. Maybe it's because I'm still in my 20s. I'm not even a "baby person"!

This is my last pregnancy. I have zero issues with never being pregnant again. I try to enjoy it while I can, but I am glad to never have to do this again.

@babynumber1: To be honest I don't really think I'll miss being pregnant either. But just the finality of everything is starting to sink in! I bet I'll be too busy to worry about it when he gets here though!

This pregnancy happened sooner than we planned but it's almost definitely the last. I won't miss most parts of pregnancy but it is a weird feeling. Like I am wishing away the pregnancy (as in speeding it up) while also being like, stop you should savor this! I am sure I'll be the same about the newborn stuff.
But my toddler is so much more fun now than as a baby and I think knowing that will help every time i get sad about the new baby growing too fast.

As much as I disliked pregnancy (or at least the morning sickness, swelling, heart burn, insomnia, etc.), I really couldn't imagine feeling done with two while I was pregnant. The whole pregnancy, I tried to wrap my head around being done and attempted to savor my last time being pregnant... it didn't really work though, I never felt like I would be done. However, I think I am feeling much closer to being "done" now that LO#2 is here. I don't know if it was the excruciating delivery (tears/episiotomy sans epi), mastitis, or the fact that LO#2 is perfect, but I feel less of a need to have another baby. Right now our family feels pretty complete.

I'm very sad about never being pregnant again. I loved it, and still haven't worked through being sad that premature labor meant I lost the last 7 weeks of it. Part of me even wants to have another just so I can be pregnant again. But I absolutely don't want more kids, and I'd be at risk for premature labor again (not to mention more miscarriages), so it will never happen. But I will say that it's a lot easier to be okay with that now that I actually had a pregnancy end with a baby!

I'm pregnant now and don't plan on getting pregnant again. I don't really feel sentimental about it, in fact, I keep thinking how I wont have to deal with this again (in a positive way) but I'm trying to keep in mind this is likely it for pregnancy and I should try to 'enjoy'/cherish it. I will always remember the baby kicks. That's the best part.

This is my last pregnancy, and I'm not that sad about it. Maybe when I'm past the exhaustion and feeling sick all the time, but I'm pleased to never have to go through the first trimester again.
Now, when this baby is born. Then I'll be sad, since all of his firsts will be my lasts.

Pregnant with my last and I really won't miss being pregnant but I know I'll be emotional about all the firsts and lasts to come.

Pregnant with my last and the main thing getting me through it is knowing it's the last time! I am sure I will savor my last time having a newborn and hitting milestones though. Pregnancy is just a means to an end for me.

I was not sad to experience my last pregnancy. It's all the last "firsts" that were experiencing now that he's here that makes me sad.

I was 100% okay with my third pregnancy being my last...but mainly because pregnancy was really, really hard on my body. So hard that I was depressed during each pregnancy. I'm definitely at peace with never being pregnant again!

i loved being pregnant, but i always knew i'd be two and done. the logistics of 3 gets so much more complicated, and in the city crazy expensive. i definitely baby olive more though knowing she's my last!

Nope, not even a little, but I was so sure that we were one and done and was a little bitter that I hadn't tried to appreciate it more then. I don't particularly like being pregnant, though, so I'm just looking forward to getting through it and having my family be complete.

I'm not there yet. I'm pregnant with #2 and can see us having up to 4. I can't imagine this being my last and I'm pretty sure I'll feel the same with #3. I'm KNOW I'm going to have more babies afrer

I feel good about this being my last pregnancy. I don't enjoy being pregnant, and the more kids you have each pregnancy, the harder it is! But every once in a while I think "what if we want another one in like, 5 years?" But those thoughts don't usually last very long.

I was sentimental about it because I knew it would be my last and I really tried to enjoy it. But definitely no regrets!

It crossed my mind, but part of me really looked forward to the idea of never having to go through the pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn stages ever again. I loved being pregnant with my first, but just didn't enjoy it that much with my second bc it's a whole different experience when you have a toddler to chase around.

This is my first pregnancy and may very well be the last as well. My husband is firmly saying only one. I've always been open to having two, but now that I'm pregnant, I'm better able to see being done after the first. I'm not excited to be pregnant again. I haven't hated pregnancy, but I haven't loved it either. I haven't had complications really; I just haven't been comfortable since it started. I think having her here and experiencing the newborn phase will really seal the deal on whether we have another or not. Now that I'm pregnant, I have no idea how I'd do this with a toddler running around!

Nope. We wanted at least 2 so I know I wasn't done yet. We'll deliberate after we have 2, but 3 is our max.

Yeah, I'm wondering, but my thoughts are more along the lines of "I never want to go through this again" 
I don't really think we'll have more than two kids, but if we do... I'm not thrilled at the idea of again dealing with nausea, toddler tantrums, todder germs, and work all at the same time!

I treated this last pregnancy like it was my last knowing that it could be (we are still undecided.) Even in the hospital I said "I'm done this is my last" but then not long after we got home I'm like "welllll maybe one more." DD2 is such a good baby and so happy and sweet that she makes it easy to want another. However, I will not be making that decision until she's a toddler...that's when things get tough
