It wasn't that bad but I liked LO's tankini the best!

seriously Gymboree and they're swimsuits. I bought DS so many rash gards and swin trunks last year, he didn't wear half of them. so cute

That is adorable! I've only bought a one piece for my daughter too. The few times we've used it, diaper changing wasn't an issue since we don't stay out in the sun for very long before we bring her back inside anyway. But she was close to 18 months by then so she doesn't need diaper changes as much as a younger baby.

I only like One PIeces for my LO. I don't like her belly being in the sun and I dont' like it getting rubbed with sand/etc. It worked find for us!

@photojane: I'm not sure how it's supposed to fit, but Gymboree seems to run pretty small.. My LO was wearing Gymboree 3-6 leggings at 2 mo..

My mom bought LO a suit before she was born for summer and gave it to her on Christmas. She is 4 months old Sunday about about 14 lbs, the bathing suit (from target) reads "M 18-23 lbs" and it fits perfectly! Hope that helps a little..I hear generally suits run small!

GAH! I just walked by a Gymboree today and say the nautical stuff in the window, it took ever bit of my strength to walk by. I used one piece suits on Prettybaby all the time, didn't bother either of us.

@photojane: LOL! I've been getting that line from DH since we found out it was a girl MONTHS ago! Tell him I said you have had pretty good willpower!

@photojane: Gah your name's Janie? That's my MIL's name, and we debated Sadie for a girl name, but DH nixed it because MIL always wished she'd been "Jane" or "Jamie" instead of a nickname, and felt that Sadie was the same (and Sadie was originally a nn for Sarah--my name!) I love the name Janie and pushed hard for Sadie and was sad when DH vetoed it.

ANYWAY.

I love the suit! You should get it, it's so cute

I have a one piece for M that has snaps for diaper changing.

I think with a baby you won't be out wih them that long anyway so it won't be but for one diaper change, if that so not a big deal.

Ohh she's not even here yet? Then it's really not a big deal. They should not be out in the sun for more than a brief period anyway bc sunscreen is not safe for 6 months and under I think. Or is it a year?
