Yes! For years I was able to rein it in and not think about it, but now that we are officially TTC, all bets are off. I didn't realize how all consuming it could become!

Yes!!!!! I try so so hard not to think about it all the time, but it always comes to my mind....I guess it is just something I want more than anything so I am putting my all into it, one thing I try to do is not let it effect life, I might think about it and such but I make sure my life, job, and marriage is not affected by it.....easier said than done!!!!!!!

I got sooooooo far ahead of myself: I think about TTC, pick out names, think of designs for the nursery, etc! I'm so bad! It's slowed down now since TTC is taking longer than expected, but I still think about it a lot and often find myself sneaking peaks at my charts while at work!

yes definitely. and since this 4th chemical last cycle it's pretty much all been negative
I already told DH which days we had to BD coming up around some work travel for him . . . it's always my first thought, how does this fit into my TTC/IF schedule?

YES! I am trying to focus on at least some other project. That way, even if I get a BFN/AF comes, I don't keep feeling like I'm not making any progress. I think another project will give me a sense of control over SOMETHING, which should help my stress (and might help my fertility). I started a thread earlier tonight because of this feeling.

It's been on the brain pretty constantly for a few years, and now that we're actively trying it's TAKEN. OVER. I'm trying so hard to distract myself with other projects!

Definitely! I think about it all the time, and even consider my bd schedule when I'm planning out my week.

Yup. I even made a post about it a number of weeks ago. This cycle I want to actively recapture the things I enjoy outside of DTD.

The first week of my cycle I'm ok, but then when O is approaching and during the TWW ,it's all I can think about!

I think I would find it hard not to obsess during a tww. I'm not ttc now though.
