I'm new to all things TTC and have seen posts about using pink dye HPTs over blue dye...should the same go for OPKs? Why is pink dye preferred over blue? Just curious. Thanks

@eabae: for OPK I use wondfos.. They are cheap and you can buy them on amazon

@eabae: for opk I use digital. If you don't need to test every day of your cycle, a box of 20 can last you a few months.

@eabae: I use cheapies from amazon too. They are great for in the beginning when I was just peeing on them constantly. I know my body better now and can predict when I'm going to O so I could use the more expensive ones but why spend the money...

The blue dye tests are more likely to give you evap lines (false positives) than pink dye
