@scg00387: I don't think so. Give everyone a month to sign up. Then they have a month or so to shopping. Have everyone mail their gift by early December, so then we have plenty of time to see everyone's pictures of what they got!

Do you have to post a picture when you get it?

@scg00387: There's also Swap-Bot to set up a private swap like this but everyone would have to make an account and then you can only create a swap once you've participated in a few. I.e. I would have to make the swap (since I've been on it for a few months) but everyone could join once they made an account/ recieved an invite.
One of the other sites might be easier.

@Smurfette: Perhaps an earlier date to send everything. A lot of people put up their trees by Thanksgiving. Plus it gives all the international ppl, like myself time to receive our goodies.

@scg00387: I think right now would be the perfect time to organize it. It's before Halloween planning comes around and people have a minute before Thanksgiving planning kicks in. How about making a new post with specifics? For instance, stating if it's an ornament exchange or a secret Santa. Maybe we can just send our email address to your wall and so our postal addresses would be exchanged via email for privacy? Just a thought.
