I just saw this story:

It looks like a double decker bus collided with a passenger train and killed at least 5. So, so sad.
Are there any Ottawa bees here? Hoping that you are all safe. And so many prayers for those who were affected.

@LovelyPlum: I'm in Ottawa. Thanks for thinking of us. As far as I know, none of my friends/family were involved, but not many details have been released yet. My DH told me that one of his colleagues usually takes one of the double decker buses around that time in that location, but went into work early today. She is obviously pretty shaken up! I know that @SSLM is in Ottawa too...hoping you and your DH are ok!!! My thoughts are with all those affected.

@cookie_dough: I'm glad to hear that you and your family and friends are safe. Train accidents scare me to no end, especially when there's a vehicle involved. Hoping for healing for all.
