Didn't really know what board to put this on, but....has anyone ever spotted during/right after/right before ovulation?
DD is 11.5 months old and I've only had two AFs--one at 9.5 months PP and one two weeks ago. Today, I had a tiny bit of spotting. It's still a little early for ovulation for me (I usually have long cycles, and the cycle between the two AFs so far was even longer than usual) but I'm not sure what else might be going on.

@BandDmommy: Nope. But I took one right before my last period, so a couple of weeks ago! I feel like it would have been positive if I was pregnant...because I hadn't had a period in almost a month and a half. But, I guess it can never hurt to double check! I have some cheapies at home.

This happened to me when I was pregnant at 9m post partum. Ended in miscarriage though. . It turns out I ovulated like on CD6!!!

@mfa_lady: I had this happen like 2 weeks ago! I actually have no period on the mini pill and the spotting timing was 8 days past sex (no idea of ovulation). Cue freak out. Several pregnancy tests later, I decided it was ovulation spotting. I had missed a pill and realized after we had sex, so I was pretty stressed out.

@mfa_lady: ok then ovulation spotting!!! when this happened to me I thought ovulation spotting and took an ovulation test which was only faintly positive. Hence why I took the pregnancy test!

@winniebee: Makes sense! I don't have any OPKs so I'll just see if my period shows up in a couple of weeks. So weird how stuff that never happened before just starts up after you have a baby.

I had ovulation spotting once and ended up pregnant that month. It didn't end well but it seemed see ge to me that the one time I had it I did get pregnant. Our bodies are a mystery!
