All of a sudden at 3 months he has started refusing a paci and using me for one instead. What gives ?!?!

My LO's just the opposite. He was anti-paci for months and months. Sometime around 4-5 months, he took to it. It's part of his bedtime routine. This morning, I found him with it in his mouth which he didn't do when I did the dream feed.

My LO went through a week or so around 3 months where she would refuse, but take it after 2 min or so of me holding it at her mouth. It was the key to getting her to sleep, so I kept offering it to her.

@dagret: what kind of paci does L take ? J takes soothies and was refusing the 0-3 month ones. We bought some 3+ month ones and he is taking them now. FYI !
