N has been miserable since yesterday morning. Friday night at dinner he was accidentally "glutened" while we were out to eat. We are generally extremely cautious, I feel terrible about it. Fast forward to today he is screaming and writhing in pain with every single diaper change. It looks like an acid burn on his bottom and his tummy is swollen. He has wicked runny butt we are talking loads more diapers. He has zero interest in eating but is drinking like crazy.

What do you do? Wait until tomorrow to see the ped? Take to the children's hospital today? It takes two people to change him and he just shakes and screams the whole time. I feel terrible.

ETA: we do have the ped's private cell phone number, I just hate to bother him...
