Anyone have any idea what this rash could be? It started out a few days ago as a small patch on her chest and now spreads all the way down her stomach and up to her shoulders.
She is 1m and has no other symptoms. I've already got a call in to the ped but I wanted to see if anyone here had any ideas.

My LO had a rash that looked like that and the ped wasn't able to 100% confirm but said he thought it was an allergic reaction to a food ingested by LO.

We had some issues with rashes that looked sort of like that when my LO was a newborn. I think it was a combo of heat rash and reaction to a certain fleece that my DH would wear (my LO's rash appeared mostly on her cheek, where she would sleep on DH's chest). So could be something like a fabric content or detergent. I also suspected MSPI at the time (which she did have, but in retrospect I'm not sure it caused the rash).

My son had bumps and rashes like that, my ped said it was normal newborn baby stuff. He never had any other symptoms and it came and went but stopped by 6 ish weeks

could be roseola? did she have a mild fever in the days before the rash broke out? it's pretty common and not harmful. all my kids got it at some point when they were infants :).
