Ever since my second daughter was born (she just turned 4mos) I have been having pain in my feet. It is a quite painful aching across the top. It started in one foot and now is in both and gradually seems to be getting worse. I did some googling and it seems other mothers have had this too; many said it lasted for up to 18mos!!! yikes. I'm beginning to worry since it is getting worse over time.
Has this happened to anyone?

I have something like that - but I only get the pain when I get up from being off my feet for a long time - like when I get out of bed in the morning. It only lasts a few minutes though, enough until I get the kinks out. It's strange though and I don't really know how to describe it. I hope it goes away - I'm 10 mo pp.

@fancyfunction: ugh. yes.. mine started out like that and has gotten much worse. So far I blame it on the hormones but I am worried I am developing arthritis or something. I hope yours goes away too!

Mine is still terrible at 18 months. I haven't had the chance to go see a doctor but I think it might be time. I wonder if it's arthritis.

@sunny: mine is still painful 27 months PP! I blame all the weight I gained putting a toll on my feet. I have pretty bad lower back/tailbone/hip pain too. I'm just living with it until I'm done having kids bc I figure the next baby will likely mess up my body again. I think carrying around my 2 year old doesn't help

I had foot pain but it went away by 2 months pp at least. I don't even remember specifically, so it must have been short lived.

@sunny: my is finally starting to dissapate at 8 moths pp... it is still present though.. so strange!

@sunny: Oh no - sorry to hear. Mine is gone, I actually forgot about it until I saw this post. Hopefully you get relief soon
