I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and the more I read the more aware I become that I need to overhaul my horrible eating habits and introduce some exercise into my life. Perfect timing for the new year!
I am no good at coming up with recipes on my own. I need directions to follow. I am also a fairly picky eater, don't like seafood, and am allergic to chickpeas. So I am coming to you for help!
