I'm seeing a lot of posts today about meetups!
How many bees are in the PA/NJ area that would be interested in meeting up?
I'm a full time working mama, so it's hard to meet other moms!

I'd be down for a meet up! We always have so much going on but i missed the KOP meet up a few months ago.... i'm in the Northern Suburbs of Philly but grew up in SoJo (cherry hill-ish). What did you have in mind?

I didn't have anything in particular in mind, but am up for any suggestions. There is an awesome park in Haddonfield for little ones (with two distinct areas - one for toddlers and one for bigger kids) that is really nice, but that's the only thing I can think of!
Any other suggestions?

There's also a place called Bounce Party Play in Maple Shade, NJ that looks like fun. They have "open play" times. Not sure of cost. Just throwing ideas out there.

@Chillybear: I'd be up for Discovery museum (we are members), but wasn't sure how us mom's could hang out together while rangling the kids together? Does that even make sense? I quit coffee, so my mind is a mess
How old are everyone's LO's? My DS is 18m.

I wanted to pop in and say hi! My LO is still in my belly for a couple more weeks, but am interested in making some mommy friends in the area as I don't know many mom's. I live in the far northeast of Philadelphia.

I'm not there, but we will be over Thanksgiving when we visit family! Perhaps I could revisit this idea again in November

Oh!! I just booked my flights to fly home to Philly. Sept 17-29. I do have a wedding to attend on Sept 20 in MD.

@ValentineMommy: yes, that makes sense! I have a almost 3 year old and a 17 week old. I have yet to take them out solo! I just restarted coffee because I just can't think clearly now that I'm back at work:)

@spaniellove: We haven't really implemented yet too much, other than things being accessible, but we are planning on sending DS to a montessori preschool, probably next year.

I'm in the Cherry Hill area, too. My daughter is only 4 weeks old so we might not be ready for a meetup yet, but maybe we can do the next one when she's a bit older.

@spaniellove: I told myself I would get coffee on Friday mornings as a treat but so far every day this week I had coffee.
My husband I also started taking our boys to the playground in the mornings on the weekend to get our older ones energy out and we stop and get coffee first, is it bad that I get really excited to get coffee?
