Any good suggestions for birthday party ideas?

We have kids ranging from 1-14 coming! I need cheap ideas that don't require a ton of adult participation.

Here is what I'm planning so far.

1. Musical Chairs (except with dots on the floor). Will play music through the iPod.
2. Make a Toilet Paper outfit (best team wins) We may get silly and volunteer some dads and have them make a diaper!
3. Tire swing (not really a game but fun!)
4. Sidewalk Chalk w/ hopscotch
5. Four Square with ball for older kids

I would love to do a balloon toss but not sure about kids getting wet and then wanting to come in the house. I'm going to have small bags with prizes (candy and a small toy).
