I like patent leather on shoes but not on purses! Do you like patent leather?

I dont think it normally goes with what I wear. The only patent leather I have is my wallet.

I like it on shoes - so easy to keep clean and looking nice! I don't think I've seen a purse I liked made of it though.

@autumnlove: Agree with you! Shoes, but not purses! Really when I buy a nice leather purse, I'm paying for the leather, and patent leather takes away from the nice leather feeling!

I like patent leather, but not too much at once--I'm okay with shoes OR purse (though I don't have anything patent that's bigger than a clutch) - I don't like to be too matchy.

i have three pair of patent flats, and i adore them. other than my beach bag, i've never seen a patent leather bag that i like.

I'm not a fan of both, it's too shiny for my taste.
