I'm about to buy DH's nieces luggage from PBK and I had planned on personalizing them.
But I recall people having issues with their personalization.
Their luggage aren't cheap so I would hate to have messed up monogram on it!
Experiences?

I've never had a problem. And as long as you have proof of the order with the correct monogram requested, I can't see how they wouldn't replace the item if they messed it up.

@Truth Bombs: I've read some horror stories on here of people with off kiltered / skewed monograms on their anywhere chairs and customer service being less than accommodating. Then I also hear stories of customer service being very accommodating.
I don't usually shop at PBK.

We received a monogrammed suitcase (initials) after our son was born. I guess the only thing I'll say is that it wouldn't hurt to make sure your nieces/their parents LOVE the style you've picked out....I'm really not a fan of what my aunt chose and since it came monogrammed we obviously can't exchange it for a different style. The monogram stitching itself is fine, though!

@regberadaisy: I shop at PB and PBK often and they have excellent customer service. I've had some items arrive broken, or not centered, but they're quick to correct the mistake and very accommodating.

I've never had a problem with their monogramming or customer service. They replaced a monogrammed rocker for free with no problem once a handle broke.

@regberadaisy: I haven't personally ordered but my boss has and had a backpack come back incorrect. they sent her a new one right away!

I've had a good experience with their momograms.

I am more worried that I am going to mess up the spelling or placement during the order than them of not making it right if it's not perfect. I've had my son's anywhere chair, christmas stockings and other stuff monogrammed and it's been perfect every time.

I have always had excellent experiences with PBK for everything I've ever purchased. I love them:)
