Nipples so sore they made me wince! A tiny bit of implantation bleeding and I got really bad sinus cold with headaches during conception period. Fx for you

With my first- extremely sore boobs and nausea right away. This time around, just a feeling.

It felt like period symptoms and then my breasts got sore. I got my BFP at 10 DPO

With lo I had acne. This time it was bad implantation cramps and crazy dreams.

Boobs were a little swollen, things tasted different...some of my favorite foods tastes really bad to me. My cat was overly affectionate, I had really vivid dreams, a little cramping (but not much, so I was skeptical), randomly sneezing (still have that).

I was bloated, my breasts were killing me, I had watery CM, hot flashes and desserts were extraordinarily sweet (too sweet). Fx!

I had zero symptoms before my BFP, and I think the first actual symptoms to kick in were the sore boobs and exhaustion a couple weeks later. Good luck!

I really had no symptoms during the TWW. So, while you may have symptoms I don't think there is any way to tell for certain that you're not pregnant. Sorry!

As someone who's been constipated since birth basically, I knew something was up when I had 3-4 days of regular bathroom trips haha

@Weagle: I actually really loved being pregnant. Of course, I was only pregnant for 34 weeks, so that may be part of it.

@MsLipGloss: My DH always leaves for work at 5 am. After he leaves, I always go back to sleep for a bit. The morning of my bfp, I dreamed that I POASed and then it turned so boldly positive. Then I dreamed I showed my friend and she said in the dream that it was going to be a girl. So, the bfp was right...just gotta wait on the second part.
