I got my Mirena IUD out 1/29, had a light period 2 days after, and I would have expected my period by now, but nothing! My 17 mo old is still breastfeeding once per day (was twice until about 2 wks ago), but I didn't think that would be enough to affect anything. We haven't been protecting but weren't really going to "try" until April. I've taken several pregnancy tests which have all been negative and I don't feel pregnant. My period before (and after my first IUD removal) were like clockwork every 30 days (maybe +/- 1 day) and now it's been over 5 wks.

Anyone have a period lazy returning after IUD removal? Or not getting a period until completely weaned? Now I'm just super paranoid about something being wrong with my fertility!
